Ever thought bloggers were insane? Here's proof.

Sad, truly sad, but not unexpected.

Tim... been watching you take swipes at that hornets nest past few days. If I may add my two cents from reading both blogs this year (I realize I'm posting this without an account, so take it for what it's worth). Referring to the two most extreme comments misses the issue of the rest of the negative reactions. It's a smart group there, and they're not afraid to point out weak arguments. Posting comments on hot-button issues like glossing over the 2004 election analysis, or the middle-east conflict, or the direction of the democratic party, requires arguments with depth (especially if it is contrary to the audience which is made up of people who have long convincingly argued the opposite point). Hence, the arguing phase is short lived and the comments boldly go straight to accusations.

Here's to hoping that you continue commenting in both places (but with substantive work :-))

kind words appreciated. accusing someone of lack of substance, however, is precisely the kind of arrogance the ignorant left has deployed over and over resulting in failure at the ballot box.

moreover, don't confuse long-winded, poor writing as substance. i can either write "lightning", or "a sudden exhange of electricity between a cloud and a solid, liquid, or gas on the earth resulting in a bright spark of light between the two points."

as you know, i choose to write with lightning.

Hey, how'd that Iraqi election work out for you?

Still think Kerry should have won?

Heh.

Gloating aside, I do wish the Dems would get their act together. Having a one-party system is not good, even if it is the party I support at the moment.
