Ohio Countdown 2004

2004 Presidential battleground analyzed by a grizzled campaign veteran and Ohio's Top Targeted Undecided Perfectly Predictive Swing Voter - His Mom.

Political Commercials Since 1952 Online

A great site for political junkies with broadband...The Living Room Candidate is an online exhibition by the American Museum of the Moving Image. You can watch every single presidential campaign ad ever...I think. Doesn't appear that they are keeping track of every 527 ad...but hey, nobody's perfect. It's quite a walk through American history.

My personal favorite...The Ike Jingle from 1952 (also happens to be the first presidential campaign ad EVER...)

And you thought it was all over!!!

After a short trip to Berlin (The one in Germany) Lord Shaw is back in OL' Blighty.
Interesting place Berlin it has a great mix of history right there to see and even sit on from Fredrich the Great to the GESTAPO HQ to the greatest communist architechture (the wall) and the new Potsdammer Platz buildings. This town is the unofficial capital of Europe.
This is pretty amazing as the 'Windies' can throw a ball at about 200mph.
First we slap the Aussies in the RWC now the cricket where will it end... a bronze in needlework at Athens?
Currently as Parliament is on holiday the press usually go into 'Silly season' printing stories about martians eating babies and the like. But these days we have you guys!
George Bush withdrawing US forces from 'yoorup' why? was it something they said? i thought you chaps liked it over here, plenty of opportunity to meet locals and exclaim that the local public toilet is older than everything in Ohio whilst enquiring in an Edinburgh Kilt shoppe if there is a Kawolsky tartan (S'true cos I saw it happen).
OK France I could understand, actually no I can't... you haven't got any bases there.
And what about the UK? what are you thinking? this is where all of the Islamic nutter brigade live.

Anyway, I heard That Mester Kerry won some medals and smoked some pot in Vietnam, whilst George Bush was drunk for twelve years.
can anyone enlighten me as which of these prepares a man more for the hightest office in the land.

Anyway Ladbrokes odds:

John and George are neck and neck at 5/6

The world like milk left out in the sun changes all the time.
